We hope you have fallen in love with your Beech Cashmere & Beech Organics purchases, but if you were wanting to return an item, we are happy to help you with a refund or an exchange on full priced items.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

EXCLUSIONS OF A RETURN:

  • Sale items - items purchased on sale or using a discount code (including any sale promotional codes).
  • Pierced jewellery (such as earrings) due to hygiene reasons.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:

To return a product, email info@beechcashmere.com.au with your order number, reason for return and if you would rather an exchange or refund and we will provide a return address.

Product must meet the following criteria:

  • Product is returned within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
  • Product is unworn, unmarked, in new condition with original tags and in original packaging. (items that have signs of wear or not in original packaging will not be accepted).

Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility. We recommend sending returns via trackable, secure postage methods as we will not take responsibility for items not being received.

REFUNDS:

Once a return for refund has been received, inspected and approved, we will refund back on your Credit Card or Paypal account within 3-5 days of the item being received by Beech. Shipping is not refundable (if you paid for shipping).

EXCHANGES:

Once a return for an exchange has been receivedinspected and approved, the exchanged product will be sent within 2-3 days of the item being received by Beech. Shipping is not refundable (if you paid for shipping). 

FAULTY ITEMS:

For faulty or damaged items, we will inspect product and either will repair, replace or give full refund. Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear or incorrect use/abuse, are not considered to be faulty or damaged.
