You can easily wash your cashmere in a washing machine. Make sure to use cold water and choose the hand-wash cycle. Use a wool detergent and do not centrifuge the garment. Flat dry your cashmere garment after washing, by laying it on a flat surface with a towel underneath. Heavier knits may need to be slightly pulled back into shape.

Orders made before 11am (Monday to Friday) will be sent that day.
Orders made after 11am (Monday to Friday) will be sent the following business day.
We aim to process your orders as quickly as possible, although at busy times it may take slightly longer. When your order has been sent, you will be notified and a tracking number will be attached.
DUTIES & TAXES
Please be aware duties and taxes is something that is outside of our control and varies in cost from country to country. In most cases our products will be under the threshold and so no charges will be payable. If you're concerned we would recommend getting in touch with your local customs office so you're not surprised if there is any unexpected shipping charges at your end.

We hope you have fallen in love with your Beech Cashmere & Beech Organics purchases, but if you were wanting to return an item, we are happy to help you with a refund or an exchange on full priced items.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
EXCLUSIONS OF A RETURN:
- Sale items - items purchased on sale or using a discount code (including any sale promotional codes).
- Pierced jewellery (such as earrings) due to hygiene reasons.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:
To return a product, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, reason for return and if you would rather an exchange or refund and we will provide a return address.
Product must meet the following criteria:
- Product is returned within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
- Product is unworn, unmarked, in new condition with original tags and in original packaging. (items that have signs of wear or not in original packaging will not be accepted).
Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility. We recommend sending returns via trackable, secure postage methods as we will not take responsibility for items not being received.
Once a return for refund has been received, inspected and approved, we will refund back on your Credit Card or Paypal account within 3-5 days of the item being received by Beech. Shipping is not refundable (if you paid for shipping).
Once a return for an exchange has been received, inspected and approved, the exchanged product will be sent within 2-3 days of the item being received by Beech. Shipping is not refundable (if you paid for shipping).
For faulty or damaged items, we will inspect product and either will repair, replace or give full refund. Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear or incorrect use/abuse, are not considered to be faulty or damaged.
